The only downside I experienced with this mod is that sims employed in careers that require boss and co-worker relationships to advance may face penalties because inactives are no longer automatically hired to meet these quotas. It uses the career xml file, which contains the specific line causing the behaviour. However, to address this, I made the necessary tweaks using this mod in Sims3PE: When digging into the game's xml files, I discovered this issue was caused by the minimum and maximum number of coworkers specified for each career - I don't recall the name of this particular resource.
